I have just finished a series of appointments with Simply Hearing to address my hearing loss. Craig was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He built my trust giving me time to choose the right hearing aids for my needs without any pressure to purchase. Prices are comparable with other providers but what I value most is the personalised service he provides. I have been able to call/drop in for a chat to tweak things and for a bit of advice on the technology. I couldn't recommend Simply Hearing highly enough.

Fantastic Experience. I struggled to get an emergency appointment for was was my usual clinic I use in Stirling. Found Simply Hearing online and I will only be using them from now on. Booking an appointment on line from my phone for the very next day was very simple. My appointment quick and easy. Seriously, I'll be only using them from now on and have recommended them to family and friends.

Because of Craig's attention to an efficient and pro-active phone customer service I was able to secure a very last minute appointment. I was immediately put at ease by a warm welcome and never in doubt of what was happening during the examination and hearing test as he explained everything very clearly. His calm, relaxed and knowledgeable approach put me at ease and my worries at bay.

Just back from Simply Hearing Consultants after having ear wax removed. Craig is a really great guy, very knowledgeable and informative. I learnt things about my ears today I didn't know.
