Steven Ross is a seasoned audiologist with a comprehensive background spanning 25 years in the sector. His career began in flagship audiology practices of national companies, where he honed his clinical skills. Transitioning to management, Steven later oversaw professional standards across half of the UK, setting a benchmark in audiology services.

His quest for a holistic understanding of audiology led him to roles in business development within hearing aid manufacturing. This experience enriched his perspective, merging clinical insights with industry processes.

Together with his wife, Anne Ross, Steven founded a successful chain of audiology practices located in Hamilton, East Kilbride, and Newton Mearns. Their independent ventures filled a vital niche in Lanarkshire, providing specialised audiology services previously dominated by opticians and pharmacies.

Steven also served as the consulting audiologist for Nuffield Hospital in Glasgow, further solidifying his expertise in clinical audiology.

Reflecting on his extensive career, Steven shares, “After 25 wonderful years, I wanted to create something unique and meaningful. There’s a real need for specialised, independent audiology outside major urban centres. My colleague Craig and I, with nearly two decades of shared experiences, are dedicated to enhancing hearing health with unparalleled customer service in local communities.”
