Craig provides an excellent service. His new surgery is immaculate and warm. Craig is extremely professional, confident and quickly puts you at ease. He explains the procedure as you go along and is always mindful of how you’re feeling in terms of both comfort and anxiety. His advice is clear and concise. Having a health care professional with so much experience in BoA is wonderful. I really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Today was a lucky day as I managed to access an immediate appointment with Craig for a much needed consultation. I was quite deaf on entering the consultation room, but hearing loud and clear as I left. Craig quickly and painlessly removed quite a huge amount of earwax which was actually hampering the workings of my hearing aids. His advice on future self care was much appreciated as was his knowledge on the best way forward for me should I decide to use a more modern and much advanced form of hearing aids in the future. I’ll certainly return to Craig when the need arises, first class service.

I initially came across Craig shortly after he opened his service in BoA. I took my 100 year old mother for wax removal and general advice. Craig was very kind, helpful and professional. Recently I had an issue with my ears and consulted Craig without thinking twice. He is very knowledgeable and practical in his approach and has helped resolve the issue as well as providing reassurance all was fine.
