Incredibly accommodating. I had severe ear issues for two weeks with no sign of progress even after two Doctor appointments. Within 20min Craig solved the problem. The most notable part of this experience was Craig's willingness to help fit me in for an appointment in an already busy schedule. So very thankful.

After driving by Simply Hearing today, I decided to give them a call as my son has been struggling with a build up of ear wax and the doctor’s recommendation of oil was not working. Excellent service - after a run round some of the big names I was lucky enough to see Craig Purdie. He cleared away some wax and I decided to stick with him for the audiology test. The discusion was really useful and Craig dealt with my many questions. There was no pressure to go ahead, I was sent away to look it all up and come back if I wanted. Obvs I came back, chose the gear and then got fitted. The after-care is great and just having confidence again make such a difference. Well done Craig and many thanks.

Stellar service, I would give more stars if I could. Craig responded to an early morning email and was able to give my dad - an American tourist - a same-day appointment, where he cleaned my dad’s ears and cleaned and reset his hearing aids. Dad is able to hear again and will enjoy the remaining 10 days of his holiday in Scotland/England rather than struggling to hear what is happening. A huge thank you!

Fantastic Experience. I struggled to get an emergency appointment for was was my usual clinic I use in Stirling. Found Simply Hearing online and I will only be using them from now on.
