Craig’s a nice guy who communicates very well with customers through clear straight forward advice. I don’t have hearing aids and went in for a check up and Craig advised I wouldn’t need them for a few years so I’ll definitely be back when I eventually need too. Craig is an exceptional audiologist. He recently fitted new hearing aids for my Dad at very short notice and the whole experience was world class! Craig is so knowledgeable and takes great care to get things just right. It was so refreshing to get such a personal service and to know we have the back-up and support when needed. Was seen on time. A history was then taken. Subsequent examination revealed nothing of note (my symptoms had resolved). So, no treatment was clinically indicated. Despite my protestations, the audiologist refused any payment. Doesn’t get more ethical and efficient than that.

I went in for an ear wax removal appointment and it turned out I didn't have any wax, but Craig was super helpful! He gave me some great tips on how to keep my ears clean and healthy. Plus, he was really lovely and made the whole experience a positive one. Highly recommend!

Booked online appointment for wax removal , but few days before appt , was climbing the walls with pain , called Craig who squeezed me in during his lunch break and removed the wax . I’ve been to other audiologists with varying results but today I had to visit Craig to see about complete wax blockages in both ears that was starting to affect my work and day to day life. The NHS refused to refer me to ENT and were forcing prescriptions on me to clear it. I took the decision to see Craig privately who took me in straight away, without issue and cleared both ears. Prior to this I was fortunate to listen to his expert advice. The procedure was quick, painless and efficient as well as 100% successful.
