I needed my ears cleaned due to stupidly using cotton buds because it pushed wax into my inner ear causing very muffled hearing. Thankfully I used medical grade extra virgin olive oil in drops and spray for a week. It was going to be slower to help the wax come out so I looked online and found Simply Hearing. It is local to me and even though I was really nervous I didn't need to be. Craig the audiologist talked me through it and he was reassuring by taking the time to clear my ears but with a measured approach. The methods used cleared both my ears in one session and that was made easier because of the olive oil (used Otex drops and Boots Spray). I could not rate the Simply Hearing/Craig any higher. I would if I could. *Please if your reading this review, book with confidence and do the Olive oil only and for at least 5+ days you will be thankful for it*
