New Hearing Aids with Craig I took both my mother-in-law and mum for free hearing health check ups on 18th February 2025. Craig was professional, friendly and informative. He didn't rush the appointments and even checked my ears quickly! He was very patient and made allowances for both ladies age related difficulties (mobility and sight issues). He explained everything clearly and checked to ensure both understood the procedures and processes involved throughout. He talked them both through their individual hearing needs without any 'hardselling'. Only my mother-in-law required new hearing aids. Craig took her through her recommended options that were within her price range before fitting her for the aids. Craig explained everything patiently and clearly. We returned twice for follow up checks and minor adjustments at the 1st appointment. My mother-in-law's new aids are working very well and she is managing to insert, remove, care for them and charge them as required very well. She is also able to use the remote control to change the settings and/or volume depending on the environment she is in e.g. TV, restaurant or universal. She was extremely wary and hesitant about getting new hearing aids. And, let's just say it took quite a while for us (family & friends), to encourage (6 years) her to concede to needing new working aids! The hearings aids themselves are discreet, easy to manage and the charging pod only needs charged every 10 days. Much more efficient than fiddley batteries! My mother-in-law's very happy with her new hearing aids, as her family and friends. We highly recommend Simply Hearing in Bridge of Allan. Thank you Craig!

Exceptional service. I called on behalf of an elderly neighbour. Craig was very reassuring on the phone that evening, and, having considered the nature of the presenting problem, offered to work late the next day in order to accommodate our neighbour. She was absolutely delighted with his kindness, empathy and skill. Problem was completely sorted. Top notch.
